    This was my amv for the Tekkoshocon 2011 AMV Contest. It was a finalist in the drama category. Being a big Higurashi fan and after hearing this song, I couldn't help but notice the irony this song would have with Higurashi, so I just had to make an amv on it. Though at first I was just going to use random scenes without a story. I really thought it would be better to have a story so I whipped one up. The main concept is basically poking fun at what Higurashi is about. This song really fits Higurashi well in an awkward way.Overall I mainly wanted to show the irony of one of the main themes of Higurashi. Which was basically the whole happy friendly times contradicting with the psycho murder times.
