    I started working on this project a few years ago in 2012. At the time I had enough source to make a video and was planning on finishing it and submitting it to AWA at the same time that SailorDeath was planning on submitting his video he called Dance 9. In the end I wound up not finishing the video due to some technical issues I was having on my system at the time and my focus on Go. So Dance 8 hit the back burner. It stayed there for just about 2 years before I decided to pick it back up and work on it.

    2 years time with people directing me to more dance footage, gifs, ect had put me in an even better state to work on this video with a lot more source to draw from. It was about time I made something again and this one was itching to get done so I started work. This was perhaps the most technically difficult Dance video to date. A lot of gifs, a lot of timing, a lot of sync. The mix of the song I used has just so much interesting background notes and items to sync to which helped make this a very fun and interesting project to work on.

    I couldn't quite get the video up to my level of polish before AWA Pro's deadline, so I finished a version for that contest and continued working. I then later made a version for Tekko and then polished the video up more, adding more sync items and replacing clips. Finally I had a completed video.

    This video has perhaps my fav credits sequence to date. I had so much fun working on it and it took multiple hours to complete.

    In the end, it's just another gif video. But I had fun working on it and that's all that matters to me. Hope you enjoy as well.
