Comments: In the fall of 2002, I was invited to join the Disney DDR project that would premiere at JACON 2003. Originally I had picked a different track to do, but as I worked on my concept, a idea came to me for the track of Johnny B. Goode. Since no one else picked it, I asked if I could switch my track and it was given to me.

My concept for this song was based on seeing only the theatrical trailer of Disney's Tarzan and the DVD covers of Black Heaven. I had this vision in my head of what I wanted to do but didn't have a clue if there was enough footage of what I wanted in both titles. I went out to my local video store and rented the Tarzan movie and the first three volumes of Black Heaven. As soon as I finished watching them, it seemed that there was enough footage after all. I started to edit and about half ways through it seemed like it was not going to work out. I decided to see if there was any other titles I could use and finally came back to what I had started with. I decided to keep working and then the idea hit me what finally became the finished video.

It was great fun doing this track and I got to work with an North American animated feature film as well.
