  • Comments: After watching Vampire Hunter D: Blood Lust, I wanted to create a video that captured the feel of the movie. I noticed that a huge amount of D videos exist and a lot of them are made with heavy metal songs. In my opinion, Vampire Hunter D is much more than just a horror movie and features great action and dramatic moments adding to its elegance.

    I chose to use the Batman Theme from the motion picture since it's fast and slow paced music works well with the action and dramatic romance in D.

    I chose the name of the video to be "Destiny of the Dark" since the video features only the characters of D, Meier and Charlotte. I chose them since all three are or become creatures of the night and are their fates are destined due to who they are and the relationships they hold. In essence, the video is what I think vampire Hunter D best represents: Tragedy, romance and conflict!
